Layout for ‘Ether’, the latest album from London based composer Iván Muela. Presented as a poem in four stanzas, the music itself is divided in four chapters: a premise, which is about beginning, birth and naivety; a second phase exploring the complexity of development and the resulting maturity; a third, of oblique introspection leading to an uncertain dark turn; and, finally, a fourth chapter of questioning, hope and rebirth.
